  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or book a consultation and we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. Start time depends on current availability, the condition of the books and how quickly access and required documents can be provided. After the consultation, we’ll confirm an expected start date and timeline.

  • You’re not alone—and it’s more common than you think. Our process is professional and judgment-free. We’ll guide you on what’s needed and help you prioritize the most important items first. Organization is part of the process.

  • We do not, we provide bookkeeping and reporting support. We can coordinate with your tax professional to ensure your books are tax-ready.

  • Onboarding includes access setup, document intake, confirming scope, and establishing your monthly cadence. You’ll receive a clear checklist and a structured start so everything begins cleanly.

  • Yes - most clients are supported virtually through secure file/document sharing and consistent communication cadence.

  • We offer both. Some clients engage us for a one-time cleanup to restore accuracy and readiness (tax readiness, lendability requirement or operational needs). Many choose ongoing monthly support afterward to maintain a consistent close, reliable reporting and a smooth financial rhythm.

  • During onboarding we agree on scheduled communication cadences, however, for questions outside of those timeframes, we are available 7 days a week via email, phone & text. We do our best to respond within a 2 hour timeframe.

  • Yes, these can be added based on your workflow and volume. We’ll confirm the process, approval steps and quality controls needed so the service remains clean, secure and accountable.

  • QuickBooks Online is our preferred platform for ongoing work. If you’re on another system, we can review it and recommend the best path—whether that’s working within your current system or supporting a transition to QBO.

  • Yes, we can provide payroll services as well as coordinate with your 3rd party payroll provider if you currently have payroll service elsewhere.

  • At a minimum: Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. Depending on your engagement level, you may also receive supporting schedules, trend views, or summaries aligned to your priorities.

  • Yes, however it depends on your business model and the level of tracking needed. We’ll assess what you’re trying to measure and recommend an approach that fits your operations and reporting goals.

  • We commonly work with payment processors, merchant services, 3rd party delivery services and POS systems (including restaurant environments), as well as payroll platforms. During the consultation we’ll confirm what you use and how data will flow into reporting.

  • Yes. For books that need more extensive correction, we manage the work with defined phases, thorough documentation at each step, and a clearly stated final outcome to ensure accuracy and ongoing integrity.

  • Ongoing work is typically structured as a fixed monthly engagement based on scope and complexity. One-time cleanups or advisory services may be scoped as a project and charged hourly. We’ll recommend the right structure after consultation.

  • Yes. We can reconcile POS activity and merchant deposits to ensure sales, tips, fees, and deposits align accurately in QuickBooks.
